Yo Im probably a little late on posting this but anyway, I truly believe that honesty and being yourself is the best way forward and girls like that. Confidence doesn't always matter, some girls like a shy guy rather than some raging horny sex fiend. Say things like "I think your really pretty" instead of "Wow your hot" thats kinda cheap and they hear that all the time. But you seem like a genuine guy so I probably don't need to tell you that kinda stuff :p
