I currently have Camtasia Screen Recorder and i want to record my voice from my laptops SoundMAX.
I know how to but when i talk into it i get a crackling sound in the background when i do.
I was wondering if there is a way to stop the crackling sound and make it clear.

Really the quickest fix i can think of is to dive into your local electronics store and buy a little cheapo mic, which tend to cost around £5
