I would just like to know what makes a good commentary, some people prefer the kind of people that talk about current affairs such as Egypt at the moment, and some prefer commentators talking about their life's and experiences. But some people also prefer people talking about strategies.

Let me know what your guys thoughts are, im thinking of doing some new commentaries!?

First off dont attempt to make a commentary if youre below the age of 16 because we dont need more 12 year olds clogging up youtube with their high pitched voices and 8-bit videos. I enjoy commentaries that talk about life or world issues, people like Hutch.

IMO a commentary on something of interest to you will produce a better product than trying to please others.
Do a good job on what you like and you might find some people with similar interests.

Ive never done one but id say to and put some humor into it

Look up this guy by the name of sixwinters on youtube, he's not very big but he does some fun commentaries.

- Be lively
- Be above 16
- Have good gameplay

Those are the 3 basics I can think of off the top of my head.

I love the funny ones, talking 5h1t, going back for revenge kills and getting owned AGAIN, shouting WTFFFFFF! Oh no he didn't lol.. you don't have to have great kill death ratio, as long as its good game play

Anyone ever watch that Machinima dude called Kevin and they telling him what to do, but he knows best that was some funny 5h1t........

i like hutch and i like syndicate.... everyone else seems to whine alot and bitch and complain about things that everyone has heard before. xjaws is pretty good too....
