Scariest movie ever, hands down, is The Begoten. This movie is not that well known but definitely WILL make you cringe and scream.
Worst horror ever is Imprint.

All i can say is i have seen alot of scary movies and cant decide which is the best but the worst is paranormal activity like wowwww so fake and brutal and if you have seen a ghost or have ghosts in your house you can tell this is bull

I seen the human centipede, I thought it was more freakier and funny than scary, It would make you turn away at the bit when the 1st & 2nd person has to go for a dump haha!
