I have ordered my accessories to use with my Dazzle Capture Card off Amazon and the Dazzle has been delivered but the splitters and the Scart Splitter (I Think that's what you call it anyway) are taking a bit longer to come and there estimated delivery time is 22nd-26th February.
I really want to start recording my gameplay now so I was wondering if it is possible to purchase these items from a local store. I live in the UK in England so if you know a shop that sells these items then can you please post here.

Yeah just go to your local electronic store, they should have them.

There are splitters, not sure what scart splitters are. Be careful though because the ones I got at Radioshack were 4 bucks and the one's at walmart are 3 bucks. Online you can get them for a dollar =\

its ok now i received them yesterday and my dad never told me till today. There estimated time for delivery was 23rd .
