I want to build up my own forum but i dont have the money to pay for a vBulletin license. As i have Adobe Dreamweaver Cs5 On my laptop i was wondering if it is possible to create a forum in that program along with Adobe Photoshop and a few others to create the banners. I want to create one that is exactly like this forum but not a copy.
If it is possible to create a vBulletin type forum where you can have the features that this site has in Dreamweaver then please comment here if i can or not and what form of coding it will take.
I will want a Sign Up Page and especially the feature where a dialog box pops out when you receive a notifcation.
