Dude how we're going to know, you should know and people who got your laptop should know. /facepalm . Its already taking to long.

I'd go in there & say look can i have my laptop back.
You're taking too long for something i could do myself.
Then go take it into a different shop :']

Come in with a gun, and point it to the shop keepers head. Say "WHEN THE **** WILL MY LAPTOP BE FIXED!?" Im sure he will politely tell you. For best results use an RPG-7.
