I recently changed to Sky (What a fail that was !) and I got a new modem.. But its poor and don't let me do half of the stuff I want to do.

So I plugged in my old D-Link modem in and I get internet connection light but no internet on my PC.

What do I have to do to change my modems so I get internet access on my PC?

yo cpt.s i switched to sky i got a wireless and modem all in 1 and i get perfect internet ring sky get a tecknician to come hook it up fr u

Update the internett card on your PC might help, seeing as its different IP's on the modems?

what pakage r u with sky n use the sky modem and open ports ur internet should pik up more

Go to connect to and find your modem and connect to it, put in passwords if necessary

call the company so they can get the new modem registered for you and that should solve your problem.
