Actually mate, there arent seatbelts in police vans with cages. The only police vans ive ever been in that have seatbelts are the ones that have all seats in the back with no cage.. Usually used for when busting alot of people at once, like on raids. So sounds to me like you should stay away from crack houses or stop selling those drugs Just playin.. The vans you see out at busy places on the weekends always have the cage in the back with no seatbelt, at least around my area anyway... I'm assuming you're from the Uk?

No I rode in A transport van and those have seat belts. I'm from America.

The police also don't use their blinkers as I have noticed.
They are "above the law" you could say.
