I think the only reason why Sony is taking this to court is cos before he hacked it, no one else had, and the PS3 was said to be the best secured console.
Now sony can't use this in there sales pitch, so they are crying like a baby.
the funny thing is they are crying over someone breaking there hardware, a hardware that said person owns and has a right to do what he wants to.
The only thing if I understand this right, is Sony is sueing for him showing the code that Sony owns.
I'm sure he'll get a fine, but I'm also sure this will start a war with the hackers and Sony, and I'm sure they will try and crack every security Sony brings out from now on, again this is just my thoughts
