well expressing it to the wWw is a good thing
it means your not bottling things up witch is a bad thing the www is a good way to unbottle your emotions as you feel safe to express them as hardly no one here will know on a personal basis therfor you can express to them and they can help you out as im sure they have been through simlar events or been close to someone who has died as a result of a road acceident and they can share there way of dealing with it but what ever you do for now is not take it out on someone else or get to deppressed if you start to get depressed call you hospital and get them to set up emergency 1 on 1 sessions with a councilor
