(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The latest craze has teenagers around the country getting high simply by putting on headphones. It's called I-Dosing, a new fad that's not illegal, but potentially dangerous.

I-Doser tracks feature monotone tones and beats that supposedly can alter the brain waves and mental state. Users say it simulates the effects of marijana or cocaine: increased blood pressure, a rapid pulse, and involuntary eye movements.

On YouTube, hundreds of teenagers put on headphones and show off I-dosing experiments.

But some try it and never do it again. One YouTube user says: "I wouldn´t recommend this I-doser. You really don't feel that well after doing it. Don't do it."

Studies show the tones do not chemically alter the brain, but parents and educators fear digital drugs will lead to something more harmful, and illegal.

Some say I-dosing is a big online hoax, but others believe more research needs to be done on the effects of digital drugs.

i personaly tried it and all i have to say is wow it works for like 5-10 seconds but as soon as you lose consentration to the music you lose the feeling.
