Everyone fits in a stereotype. But people say that because I wear skinnies I'm gay or an emo. Being a scene kid is something different. It has nothing to do with how I dress. The amazing fact about everyone being "special" or "one of a kind" is that in turn no one is "special".

People fit into stereotypes because they make themselves fit into them. I don't think people who wear skinny jeans are gay, emo, or any of that shit, I just think most of them are posers, trying to be something their not. Note the word most. Girls aren't going to throw themselves at you because you're wearing skinny jeans, and if they do, they're most likely another trendy kid who thinks tight jeans and colorful hair make them "scene". Be your own person, not some scene douchebag follower.

I'm sorry but that's bullshizt. I don't care how "original" you may be but I GUARUNTEE that you would fit into one or another stereotype. Stereotypes are an excuse for people to dislike things that are different from themselves.

And I am being my own person. I'm not just a douche bag follower of some fad. I have to put up with hate every day because of my mind set and how I dress. Most poeple are so up tight and politically correct but I don't do that shizt. I am being my own person and if someone doesn't like it then they are blind. I don't slip into my skinnies so I can go run around town with my group of scene friends and show off. I don't do that because none of my friends are scene kids. I do it it because it's my choice and it makes me happy as a person. If people wanna hate then they can go right on ahead because it won't hurt me one bit. Haters gon' hate.

You're not a poser then :y: I expected a much.. less educated response, but you've proven me wrong. But there are quite a bit of posers out there, and most of them brag about their skinnies, that's why I said most.

Do short, shorts count? lol. It doesn't really matter what someone else is wearing or if there gay or not. People have their own style and opinions.

Thank you. It's nice to see a bit of honest decency around here. And I can understand your viewpoint. Posers are a plague on the legitimately original thus making the original to be unoriginal. It's a sad fact of society in general.

Skinny jeans are for faggots [my opinion], I do wear normal jeans.
