You can't think like that.. That's whats ****ed up with society. Native Americans had long hair, tats, and piercings.. We need to stop judging, at the hospital I work at, there is a nurse with some nice visible tat's and she does her job better then any of the other nurses. Performance before appearance.

Hey, I never said it was right. I think the same thing to be honest. However, there does need to be a degree on professional appearance. You are after all representing them and their company. The image people get of you reflects on the company as a hole. I'd love there to be a perfect world where we're all judged on performance, but that's just not how shit goes down in the real world.

O I agree, but I'm talking about behind the covers, where your not dealing with customers and clients directly.
