Doesnt work - solar panels are no effeciant at converting light to electricity.
power is lost in heat on panals surface and in cables.
Free energy is impossible.
there is a finite amount of energy in the universe.

My dad came up with this idea ages ago.. but it wouldn't work, the energy given back to the bulb would give even less energy back to the solar panel, soo eventually after like an hour all energy would be lost.
