It might be gone now, but it's an interesting story nonetheless -- people who visited ESPN.com last night and happened to be compelled to enter the well-known Konami Code (up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, enter) were treated to a screen like the one above. Entering the code caused images of some creepy unicorns and rainbows to appear, with more and more springing up as the code was repeatedly entered.
ESPN has since fixed the apparent loophole that some Kotaku tipsters came across, and it's unclear whether this was the work of an intrepid hacker or an ESPN web designer having some fun on their last day of work. Either way, it's fun to see something videogame-related make it into the mainstream like this, even if the focus was more on the Cornify unicorns and pink headline text than on videogames themselves.

This made me lol.
