OK im planning to skip school tomorrow i told my mom that a friend wants to buy my skateboard for $30 and ill take it with me. Im gunna take a book bag and $14 to get food and stuff.

Before bus passes im gunna hide. My other friend is skipping aswell we are going to meet up.

Do you guys have any tips or advice on what I should do while skipping or if I get caught etc...?

If you get caught, just say you slept late and missed the bus, you wanted to make something of your day. Say your friend spent the night with you & you went to bed really late, if you want him in on your alibi.

Go to school son.

Just do what I do, call the school and pretend to be your dad and say this.

"Hi, I'm calling in regards to my son/daughter __________." "My Son/Daughter will not be attending school today as he/she has come down with a cold".

They should then just mark you off as excused absence. If they start to ask questions, just reply, Look I'm just calling to make sure my son/daughter is excused from school today, I don't have the time to talk and need to know that they are excused.

That will usually pressure them just to excuse you right away.

Don't be shy when you call, that can give you away.

Heres what I used to do: I used to go to my homies pad and kick it during school hours and when we were outside and the cops would pull us over, we'd tell them were suspended and they left us alone.

Heres what YOU should do: Call the school and let them know ur sick and make sure to mention your the parent calling about your child (you). Since in California a new law was passed where they can give you a ticket for truancy, lucky in my time we didn't have that. :p

advice, make sure that where you are going, that no one you know recognizes you (parents & teachers), cause i remember back in like '06, i went to CiCi's pizza after skipping school with 2 friends, one of my teachers saw me and told like all my other teachers and when i went back to school the next day, one of my teachers was like "oh you didn't come to school but you sure did go to CiCi's" but i got like Honor Roll so I didn't give a fudge... :y:
