(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Have you ever seen a Giant Full Moon??
They are really spectacular, I've seen it twice and It can fill the sky it appears so large.
The truth is that it is just an illusion and your mind is playing tricks, even though many people can see it at the same time.
Here are some pictures of some and an explanation of them.
If you are lucky you will get to see one in your life, but don't believe evertything you see. It just your mind playing tricks on you...

These are photoshopped. Why, you ask? This is a trick on the eye. You can't get an optical illusion from a picture taken from a camera.

You're an absolute moron. The first thing you think of is "Photoshopped"

I highly doubt every single picture of a large moon has been shopped, especially ones from NASA. Plus you see large moons on TV/Films. You saying they edited them into the films for every single film that features one? It's just the same 'illusion' with the sun. It appears large while rising and before setting. Is that all shopped too?

Its a trick on the eye. The camera that took the picture would have to be an eye for it to be re-produced perfectly like that.

They are definately photoshopped. I tried clicking the nasa.gov one. There is no media section in the Science.gov site. and if you try to type the direct /URL it gives you Forbidded access.
