Is photographic memory rare to have? like what are the chances? because i can remember images pretty good if i look at it for a little amount of time,

There was a show on one time where a guy could remember a sequence of numbers up to like 50 at random by staring at them for 10 seconds. It's rare but it is very handy to have. I dont really have a very good one though I can remember views very clearly...

Photographic memory doesn't exist. Its a myth.
