looks like a mosquito bite to be honest
that explains the itching and swelling...
maybe you had an allergic reaction to the bite thats why it is a bit bigger

Doctors is your best bet, asking some 7 year old gamers that cant afford a game, and need there parents to get it, is a bad idea.
