why the **** wouldnt he do it to help better our situation, thats the ****in problem with the US were always helping everyone else...even though the countries we help wouldnt give two ****s about us
plus when the shit has any charity/US involvment helped people in other countries needs besides temporarily? They all usually just digress back to the way they were before being helped so its god damn pointless :FU:

So western world shouldn't give money to third world countires, like in Africa?
I've to remind you that third world countries are poor becouse European countries stole all natural resources during imperialism, and that's why they're so poor today
