1. Set the monitor or flat screen so that it is only visible to you, and is not easily seen by passersby. Laptops are the best because you can move your laptop so only you can see it and you can close the lid so only can you see it.
2. In concert with #1, position yourself so that approaching people can be seen first by you, giving you a chance to act.
3. Use remote desktop to access your home system; browse porn from the web browser on your home system. This will avoid detection by proxy servers and hence, system administrators.
4. Always have other windows open (on bottom taskbar) to switch to easily. Change the porn window's size to half-screen or so. Open another program and maximize it. Then open the porn window above the full-screen program. Simply click outside the porn window to completely cover it.
5. In extension to the above, Alt+Tab (On Windows/Linux) or Apple+Tab (On Mac OS X) will immediately shift to the last application window you viewed (not only is swapping to a different window a handy tool; it usually works instantaneously, even when your machine is running slowly).
6. Only have one browser window of porn open at a time (so you don't inadvertently switch to another porn site!)
7. Move your task bar to the left or right (by clicking and dragging) of the screen so that nobody can see the site that you are looking at. Or open up lots of windows so the person could only see a number on the taskbar.
8. Keep your mouse on the X-button, and when someone comes, you can close the window with a quick click. Be sure to remember the site name for after that person leaves.
9. In extension to the above, ALT + F4 on Windows systems will close the Internet browser if it is the active screen. (Check this before relying on it. Some browsers, like FireFox and more recent editions of Internet Explorer which have tabs prompt for confirmation if you want to close multiple tabs, spoiling the quick exit if you want to make it).
10. Windows key + D will minimize all your Windows. This is a quick trick - but, it won't help much if your taskbar is on the bottom because other people can see what Windows you are viewing.
11. Get Google Chrome , a recent version of Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer 8. Chrome has an Incognito window that erases all the web history when you close it, and Firefox has a similar feature called "Private Browsing" [Invoked with Ctrl+Shitf+P on Windows]. Internet Explorer 8 has the same as this , but called 'InPrivate Browsing' Next go to You must login or register to view this content. and kill the history embedded in your flash history.
Safari also has a feature of private browsing in the "Safari" tab in the menu bar.

On chrome, control+d adds a bookmark. Best way to not get caught is go in your room and LOCK your door
