(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Anybody think this shit is getting out of hand? There is no ****ing way that "cyber bullying" should be an offense.
Here is something my aunt posted on Facebook.

FBI called today and is about to crack down on one particular female cyber bully, she's 18+ yrs old and resides in San Diego...PARENTS: if ever you see your child being bullied on Facebook, report it to FB, but also call the police dept - it's NO JOKE, file a police report and report it to the FBI...they continue online monitoring from there. One particular female bully is about to get a visit from the FBI.

I over hear one of her conversations, and supposedly my cousin get's "cyber bullied" over facebook. It's always drama with them, whenever I'm near them, all I hear is them talking about some shit someone is saying, and it's pissing me off. Not that this has anything to do with my thread, just venting.

Anyways, Cyber bullying IMO is bullshit. How are they going to cyber bully you if you block them? They can't say anything to you, so you should do something about that.

Well, while it does seem a bit overboard to call the FBI in over bullying, cyberbullying has been attributed to quite a few suicides, and this has been publicized. This means that someone that is cyberbullying has to know of the potential repercussions it has. They know that cyberbullying can lead to suicide.

And you can't just "block" cyberbullying. Most cases that deal with cyberbullying deal with groups of people using different accounts and people posting humiliating (mostly photoshopped) pictures of the person that is being bullied. At this point the cyberbullying bleeds into "real life" where everyone has seen the pictures and heard the rumors that the bullies spread.

So while I don't think it should be a federal offense, cyberbullying is some serious stuffz.

Its real, but most of the time the people getting the bullying will be mature enough not to kill themselves.

That's not entirely true.

I forgot the girls name (idk if there was cyber bullying or not) but she was pretty hot, and got bullied to the point where she killed herself.

On the other hand, yes, I suppose you can "Block" the bully, but strangers don't cyber bully people over fb. 99.999% of the time they know eachother irl. And if they're "Tough" enough to do it online, you know they'll do it face to face.

It shouldn't be a federal crime, but somewhere along the lines of a fine depending on how serious the matter is.

I think it's just girls. Guys usually think nothing of it. But girls are ****ing nasty to each other.

Well yes, with the popular girl, she was being bullied by girls and guys.

But on other hands, if it's a girl being bullied, it's probably other girls doing it.. And vice versa for the guys.
