If you don't have NGU logo somewhere in your submitted picture you will NOT qualify.

easy way is to use your cell phone and make one of your contacts your Emaill address, then take a picture with your phone and send it to your email from your phone, and you can upload it from there via photobucket. or any photo hosting site

one time i smoked a blunt of it to myself and i was so high i walked in the bathroom and just passed out.
