After the tragedy of the 8.9 magnitude earthquake in Japan numerous games have been delayed. These games were all set for release in the next month and this has caused huge problems for the games companies.

The publishers include Sony, Konami, Sega, Irem, Capcom, ans Square Enix. Square Enix have announced that Final Fantasy servers will be offline for at least a week, however players will get a free months play because of this. Also Konami have shut down their Metal Gear servers until further notice. Irem was expected to delay their game 'Awesome faceisaster Report 4'. The game is the fourth in a series which had two Playstation 2 games and one Playstation portable game, however the Playstation 3 version will not be released now.
Sony has also delayed 'MotorStorm: Apocalypse' in Japan, the game was meant to be release on March 17, but it has been moved to a currently unknown date. As well Sega has delayed the release of 'Yakuza: Of the end'. On top of all this Capcom has moved the release of their downloadable content for 'Marvel Vs Capcom 3'.

This has been devestating for a lot of Japanese game companies, and everyone else in Japan. I hope Japan can fight through this disaster and can soon get back on it's feet.

I did mention at the end about how I hope they can fight through the tragedy. This is obviously less important than all the people who have lost their lives.

-Rep doesn't bother me due to it being just a number and this being a website. It was just a joke so fail at the part where you took it serious. :y:

In Flames Much?
One small side effect from this
In the coming weeks we going to feel it in other ways maybe sooner. Gas prices increases = liquid gas btw
Chip production slowing down
And many other things

Still time to send support over and money

Dude yeah, it's a little to early for jokes. Until all of the lost people are found. Not all will be found. pray for them.
