THQ today announced the first day sales for Homefront in North America hit 375,000 units sold.

A representative clarified to IGN the number is indeed sold to customers. "We get electronic data feeds from our retailers and online distributors," said Julie MacMedan, VP of Investor Relations at THQ, when asked how the sales data was collected.

The publisher will ship Homefront in Europe and Asia Pacific later this week. "We are delighted with first day sales for Homefront and are already fulfilling re-orders for the game from multiple retailers," said Brian Farrell, THQ President and CEO, in a statement.

THQ is likely trying to please its worried investors after the publisher's stock dropped over 20 percent yesterday due to mixed Homefront reviews.

I read this from Guinness World Records.

Homefront is the shit. It's a good game for a company that has a history of making shitty games.

It has it's flaws, don't get me wrong, but if they take Homefront, learn from their flaws here in this game, take what's good, and make a Homefront 2, I think it'd be safe to say it would rival Medal of Honor, Battlefield quite easily, and maybe even give Call of Duty a run for it's money.


Basically Homefront is a more fluid Battlefield.

I dunno i looked into getting it but i already own BBC2 and it looks alot like DICE made it soooo im not sure
