You forgot Australia in allies =D, even if WW3 is gonna start, pretty much Libya is gonna lose

For it to be classed as a World War, the majority of the worlds most powerful and populous countries have to be involved, meaning that without Russia and/or China and/or NK, it won't be classes as a World War.
Plus the UN has said that no country is to occupy Libya and make it into another Iraq. All they are doing is taking out Gaddafis' Tanks, Bunkers and SAM Missiles to allow the Rebels to take over. Ground troops can go invade but cannot settle and take towns due to the UN regulations on the matter, but they won't have to as the Jets and secret services will do it. Oh, and the Rebels.
