I would take.....

    An unlimited supply of granola (because of its proteins, calories and etc.)

A swiss army knife

And a flashlight

I eat to death, nice and easy! Wouldn't have to spend the rest of my life on the island then.

Honestly, you need more specifics on what type of island it is. If it is one of those scrawny islands with just you and a tree, theres no point in bringing a knife and a flashlight. You just 2 women and some :beer: . If its a big island with a bunch of animals and trees and whatnot, i'd bring Bear Grylls, Chuck Norris, and some :beer: .
