Stuff to post.
1. Weight maxes, certain amount of reps or sets
2. Mile times, relay times etc..
3. Swim laps, endurance, road bike trials etc..
Age, height, and weight is optional.
There's probably going to be a lot of bullshitting, but it still would make an interesting indicator on where you're at physically.
I'll start with me:
Age: 18
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 190
Bench Press: Max - 255, or 185 x 12
Squat: 235 (Its absolute shit)
Clean: 215
Mile: 6:58
