Stuff to post.
1. Weight maxes, certain amount of reps or sets
2. Mile times, relay times etc..
3. Swim laps, endurance, road bike trials etc..

Age, height, and weight is optional.

There's probably going to be a lot of bullshitting, but it still would make an interesting indicator on where you're at physically.


I'll start with me:

Age: 18
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 190
Bench Press: Max - 255, or 185 x 12
Squat: 235 (Its absolute shit)
Clean: 215
Mile: 6:58

Very Good thread man, I Have to say there ain't been a thread like this, And this would be great for people who like Gym/fitness .

you guys lifting in lbs or kg?
i use kg's here in the UK:

Age: 31
Height: 5ft 11in
Weight: 85kg
Bench Press: Max - 205kg - rep 175kg x 8
Squat: 315kg
Deadlift - 215kg
Mile: Erm dunno, used to run 5.33 mile back in mid 20's, but then moved on to powerlifting.
Represented my country 3 times with powerlifting, but havent got time to do it now with kids etc
