With the millionth word in the English language set to be unveiled soon, excitement has gripped English departments around the world. And from the looks of it, that word will be one quite familiar to gamers.
According to this MSN report, "noob" could well be the millionth word, which is set to be revealed in the coming weeks. Other possible words include "defollow," "defriend," "greenwashing" and "chionomics."

We'll most likely have confirmation come June 10, which is when the Global Language Monitor says the millionth word is set to be unveiled. Finally, linguistic vindication for trolls around the world.

I was serious with my previous comment, if you are going to use noob in a sentence you are displaying what may be the worst example of a vocabulary ever. If it is published in the next version, it will be an example of how our society is being turned into a congregation of degenerate morons. It will only go downhill from there, sooner or later our published acronyms will include W.T.F. And S.T.F.U. or maybe R.O.F.L. Its sad, what happened to raw knowledge, and the desire to learn?
