Still not recieved
They don't reply to emails
Their phone doesn't work

Not sure of this is a scam or what, so advice please

What can I do?

Your pack may be stuck in customs? Sometimes also the mail service mess up things.

When i ordred my jailbreak it took 3 months before it came. Neither did the site respond on my messages :/

Got an order number by email, that is it
Tried contacting through their enquiry forms but no reply.

Paid with my VISA card, so gonna go in bank I think n try sort it

If you payed using paypal, you can file an INR [Item Not Received] and payapl will handle it for you. If you used a credit card or something like that, best bet is to head down to your bank and see what they can.
