(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Over the past week I have been saving every dumb, pointless, or irrelevant copy and pasted thread into a word document. I decided to do this because after the Japan disaster the copy and pasted threads became ridiculous (not that they weren't bad before). If youre on this list and youre offended or dont agree bring it up with the hundreds of other people that are annoyed at your copy and pasted threads. I tried my best to exclude interesting threads, but I still included ones that were basically big quotes with a 'WHAT DO YOU THINK?' anecdote.

Now that i've put this into perspective you MIGHT, MAYBE take this into consideration next time you think about posting another yahoo news story.

Think of this thread as a condom to protect everyone from the aids that are ruining NGU

YEeAAA as soon as I read the title and read the first couple of sentences I knew my thread was going to be there sure enough I click on spoilter and BAM there it is first on the list

In my opinion NGU has gone from a community of skilled hackers, or developers(and those days were even before my time here), and is slowly turning into a general type forum.

Sadly the amount of gaming news, development, and hacking, is no longer out weighing the the general news and discussion.

We are slowly losing the skilled, dedicated developers from the NGU community to frustration over the forum being over run by things such as C&P, and other distractions from the true point of the NGU community.

There was a balance here on NGU that has been lost. Sadly the fact of NGU's popularity is the very downfall of the site. In my opinion I wouldn't mind a smaller community that is without the non gaming oriented members.


I joined for the gaming aspect of the site. But, however, i like how you made each sentence into a paragraph.

Meh ill still do my CnP i mean what are you expecting from a bunch of teens/kids reason why we cnp we are to lazy to summarize and we found the info interesting so we CnP 2nd I dont have a damn bachelors in journalism and even then if i did summarize all i would get was bitching on my grammar and my crappy punctuation so all the grammar nazis will come in other words ppl will never be pleased no matter what

And that's my point. The balance is being lost. There are less and less joining for video gaming, and more joining just because this is a popular site. What we need is more people, like you, who are actually interested in video games.

And as far as me making each sentence a paragraph... I really didn't separate them by sentence on purpose. I just like to separate different ideas in my posts into different paragraphs so it's easier to read and take in.

The problem isn't C/P really, it's crappy threads that aren't interesting in the slightest that are obviously copied and pasted and they haven't even thought about it before posting it.
