#1:
Love is like a battle field.
You dont know what to expect.
No ones there to help.
No ones there to protect.
A war zone is this place.
No smiles or warm embrace.
No shelter, no protection
but yet no hate no rejection.
No sadness or pain
best of all, no stupid little games.
No ones there to confuse.
No ones there to lose.
Nobody to face, in this battle field of a place.

#2:
Just thinking of our friendship,
puts a smile on my face.
Knowing all i need to make me happy,
is just your warm embrace.
I call you my best friend,
cause i know your always there for me.
You know so much more,
than anybody else can see.
You know when im lying,
just by looking in my eyes.
You see past the words,
that everyone else buys.
You are always here for me,
jus like i am for you.
You can make me feel better,
when im down and blue.
You are my best friend,
so wonderful and sweet.
You always seem to make,
my heart skip a beat.

The first one followed an ABCBDDEEFFGGH rhyme scheme. I learned that in English Class!

This is what's missing in mainstream rap, lyrics.

This, this is some nice writen poems, i liked reading them some even brought a tear to my heart, these are really nice and i think they are well thought up at. Good job my friend.

I know, to me Eminem is one of the few who is actually keeping rap what it is

Everyone else is rapping about cars, money, weed and girls when they're supposed to be rapping about their life :rolleyes:
