I'd say both, but i've only been here a few days haha so you cant trust my word lol.

First and foremost people come to ngu to learn about hacks and glitches, but once they get here they realise there is a community and sort of enjoy that as well

NGU is a gaming site for me, I used to just come on here and look around but lately I've been logging in and talking on the Chatbox.

I sometimes download some of the hacks for Xbox just to try them out and some are kinda good.

Only started today because a friend said i should lol
But, it seems to be a bit of both, its looks really social, but also has the information that you're looking for :y:
