Very interesting.
But the problem remains with these huge fat-cat companies, they don't want people using alternatives to their mega expensive oil so just like the Hydrogen cars invented in California, the huge companies are going to pay them off by £Millions to ensure that these kind of things do NOT spread everywhere, otherwise they'd be losing £Millions themselves with people using alternatives to fossil fules.
