As for the theme, I used to use rouge, but switched to regular after Winty made the new skin.

ok. is there any way to get alot of rep without rep whoring. i will be very active. my goal is to get part of the staff. oh yea and is there any way to get that security thing off( where you have to type in the 2 words)

To get rep without rep whoring, try to make good threads and usefull post and try to help out people like in the forum help or in the question sub sections. And i think you have to get 15 or 25 post to get the security thing off.
