This is basically a program that allows you to chat with other users on the same site as you, and also take them with you to other sites as you browse. This makes it really easy to browse about NGU to your liking but have a shoutbox the whole time.
Does this cost money?
Usually yes, but as of April 1st it is free for download for two weeks.
Just sign in as your NGU name and click login.

I'm talking to him on it right now because he's the only one who is on it. This is ALOT better than having another tab open and constantly checking the shoutbox on NGU while you're browsing the web or the forums.
This program has ALOT of cool features and I recommend downloading it and also checking out NGT's thread to find out for yourself!
