But, before i can go any further i must explain, what lucid dreaming is!

Lew-sid Dre-m-ing
A lucid dream is a dream in which the sleeper is aware that she or he is

dreaming. When the dreamer is lucid, she or he can actively participate in and

often manipulate the imaginary experiences in the dream environment.

( yes just like inception )
( and the matrix)

The Way i will teach you this is a method called DILD or dream induced lucid

dream.

This method will actually teach you methods that will make you realize your

dreaming, while you are dreaming =)

But first! Why would i want to see my dream?

You must login or register to view this content.

Thats a good question!
1. And the only reason... you can do ANYTHING, fly, run at super speeds, or even

wake up with a nice white sticky suprise ( sex ) Smile

A DREAM JOURNAL

You must login or register to view this content.

A dream journal is a journal in which dream experiences are recorded.

How to start a dream journal

Get any notebook, preferably a wider one, that has many pages that you can fill

up.

i reccomend designing it. Doing this will tell your brain that you are serious

about what you are doing it. Along with it being unique.

Basically put the dream journal along with a pencil beside your bed, so when you

wake up and remember your dream you can quickly write it down.

Why would i do this?

Now im sure you do remember a bunch of dreams... but you dont remember them all

without training, this is the best way to learn to remember them. People that

dont take this part seriously will not achieve anything, you wont remember your

lucid dream you had... so there is no point of doing any of this if you dont

remember it when you wake up.

Reality checks.

You must login or register to view this content.

The picture above would be something you would over look in a dream. if you

become aware in your dream. you should be able to realize its a dream if you see

something like that.

If you watched inecption you are basically probably flipping shit to do this

yourself, as was i, but i quickly realised it was much better than that movie.

A reality check is just like inception, just like the top

the top.

if the top would stop spinning he was awake
if it kept going he was asleep

that is a reality check there are SOOO MANY of these here are some that you want

to know.

Look at your hands. you have 10 fingers.. in a dream you can have 12, 15, 50,

1000, but you never realize it.

Pinch you nose and try to breath through it, you will be able to breathe

try to operate electronic equiptment. you will be unable to do so or it wont

work right. noone knows why, but most believe that it is to complex for the

brain to imitate.

Look around, in a dream shit is not normal.

But on to the next part.

practicing these reality checks.

You have to take time out of your day to frequently preform these checks. in a

dream you do not loose habits, personality or looks. anything you do in real

life will carry out into your dreams.

so frequently practice these checks. the more, the better. but when you do them

seriously look, if you just clance at your hands and they seem normal that is

not enough, you need to count every finger and 100% know that you have 10. only

ten and no more. if you dont take this seriously, you wont in your dream, just

like you do already, in your dream if you saw megan fox you would be like...

haha a girl. while in real life you would be like OMG! that OMG reaction is what

being lucid is all about.

YOU MEAN I HAVE TO DO THIS ALL THE TIME!?

You must login or register to view this content.

Yes. at the start you will have to force yourself, but soon enough you will do

it without thinking to much. will be a part of your personality.

YOUR IN A DREAM!

You must login or register to view this content.

that is the reaction most will have. that is WRONG! you cannot have a reaction

like that or your heart will drop and you will wake up. getting to emotional

will mess with your dreams. that is until you can control them.

stop and breathe, preform 2 reality check to make sure, say you want to start

with having sex, you dont go try to hook up with a girl in real life. you wont

like it when your trying to dream and that gets your 30 to life in a state

prison. I realize you will be excited but... chill out.

now that you are calm...

You need to make you dream stable.. doing to much will cause it to become

unstable... flicker and wake up.

to do this you should rub you hands together, and no your not just rubbing

them... feel them, feel the friction the cause. breathe. what does the air taste

like, what do you hear when you rub them... basically test your five senses.
the more you stabilize your dream... the more you can do.

Flying

You must login or register to view this content.

One of the most common things to want to do in lucid dreams is to fly. Man has

longed to fly since the dawn of our existence and lucid dreams allow us to do

just that.

Flying around the dream world is not only exhilarating, but it also provides us

an effective means of transportation between large distances that walking would

take too long for. It is possible to fly thousands of light years very quickly,

while being stuck to the ground only allows us to explore our current lucid

surroundings.
.
Teleportation

You must login or register to view this content.

Teleportation is another way of quickly moving around your dream world. Having

the ability to instantly travel wherever you want allows you access to anything

that your imagination can create. You could explore surreal landscapes, ancient

ruins, and other worlds so imaginative that they couldn't be described here, all

in the same dream if you perfect the methods of teleportation.
.
Telekinesis

You must login or register to view this content.

The ability to manipulate objects with our minds allows us to do things

remotely, thus saving time. The average lucid dream is very short so any seconds

saves are seconds that we could spend doing something else. Pulling an object to

us instead of having to walk or fly over to it is fun, and allows us to do

things much easier.
.
Summoning

Telekinesis works great to give you objects that are already present in your

dream, however using your knowledge of schemas and how dream content is created,

you can create new dream elements at any time.

just a few things i found helful.

where can i find more!

please, this guide was written by me and took several hours, dont listen to trolls that say they have seen this before.

UPDATE

Its been quite a while since i have updated this so ill try my best now....

A DRY SPELL

A dry spell is where you will go a long time without dreaming.... there are many ways to break spells like this, but you may find this wierd or not take me seriously, but i am very serious... to break a dry spell i eat peanut butter. this will make your dreams ALOT more real, aswell as place a placebue or however you spell it into your brain, basically making your break think its like a dream pill or something Happy hard to explain.

MY WAY OF CASTING SPELLS

i always kneel to the ground and point my index finger to the sky and slam my hand on the ground. this is because when you see harry potter for example and he get out his wand and begins to move it, what do you think? that hes going to cast a spell right? well same thing in your dreams, your mind will register you as sort of a movie and literally if not do the spell your thinking of, create one for you

PERSONAL FAVORITES

my personal favorite thing to do in a dream is go to michael jackson concerts.

ill try to update this list

OVER 9000!
This was actually a really good read after you fixed it :p

I used to experience lucid type dreaming all the time when I was younger probably around the age of 12, I don't have the greatest memory haha, it was basically always the same, I would be sleeping in bed then some sort of ghost? type monster, but black in colour would drag me down the hallway, I would be unable to scream, move or talk or make any noise with my mouth, I could feel carpet burn and crap when being dragged.. the weird thing was though that sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the hallway (where the dream would always seem to kinda end... really weird. I would also remember the whole thing in vivid detail, which isn't anything normal for dreams.

There were other similar dreams I used to get, monsters tormenting me etc, made me genuinely scared in real life outside of dreaming.

Moved out of that house like a month later for unrelated reasons, I don't get dreams (or just don't remember them even in the slightest) anymore, probably my brain not wanting to experience them.

oh and by the way, EVERYONE has dreams EVERY night. unless you dont enter a REM cycle. a rem cycle is the time in your sleep when you dream, your eyes sway very fast back and forth like a siezure movement. try the dream journal, the next time you have a dream write it down, and carry on, you will remember your dreams every night

Probablyn not, but there is such thing as a dream guide, part of your subconsious reaches out to you by sending a guide that will show you around your dream. the only part of your dream you cannot control i believe.

Yeah I REM sleep or w/e.. I read about it ages ago and started it back then haha, you deprive your body of a certain amount of sleep and only get a certain amount of sleep needed, I get like 3-5 hours and I don't feel tired at all.

The times are different for everyone.

rem stages happen at random, and you must reach the fourth stage of brain recovery in order to be fully replenished, this is why girls that sleep with their cellphones on are stupid :derp:
