I do not know about that, BF3 will certainly appeal to the "Serious Gamers" but it will not cause the death of COD since it has already became very mainstream.

sorry i meant that battlefield and whatever respawn entertainment (re) comes up with, if cod keeps going the way it is, it will be dead and killed by battlefield and whatever re comes up with.
