Idk what to do..he donated while on my pc(took control of it) and donated(logged into stolen paypal on my pc and donated with my accounts)

I doubt it. Usually if you wireshark all your connection, you can trace back the origin of the rat.

change hdd, file a claim and if this get taken to a next lvl let them know what happend, he is obisouly part of the site if he donated to it probably!:p

Cause if he isn't I wouldn't lie about it. But changing the HDD was probably a good idea.
