(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); this is a thread to post your favourite conspiracy theories, and to talk about them, it can be about anything, aliens, government, completely up to you, ok heres mine.

Nasa faked the moon landings - People who think that the Apollo moon landings were not all that they seemed at the time believe that Nasa faked some or all of the landings. Some of the theories surrounding this subject are that the Apollo astronauts did not land on the Moon; Nasa and possibly others intentionally deceived the public into believing the landings did occur by manufacturing, destroying, or tampering with evidence, including photos, telemetry tapes, transmissions, and rock samples; and that Nasa and possibly others continue to actively participate in the conspiracy to this day. Those who think that Nasa faked some or all of the landings base their theories on photographs from the lunar surface which they claim show camera crosshairs partially behind rocks, a flag planted by Buzz Aldrin moving in a strange way, the lack of stars over the lunar landscape and shadows falling in different direction. Many commentators have published detailed rebuttals to the hoax claims, and these theories have been generally discounted but belief in them - particularly on the web - persists.

I don't think any of them were cover ups  Maybe I am too controllable, and just believe what I'm told :p

Yeah, looks like we profited quite nicely. We're only 14 trillion dollars in debt and counting.

every country in the world is in debt. And actually, the war on iraq has produced thousands of jobs for the US and UK. There is probably 2000+ different businesses who have more employee's because of the war on iraq. Things like weapon manufactuers down to the small ones like shoe makers and catering suppliers. War is good for money; World War Two got America out of the depression.

However, i do believe it may have been Bin Laden because he went into hiding straight after the attacks. He has been at gunpoint two to three times with the SAS and the trigger has never been pulled simply because killing Bin Laden will be the 'spark' which would ignite the Third World War (aka Nuclear Warfare, as that is what would happen)

Total war is good for the economy. Not small conflicts that hire mostly private contractors. Plus in those wars we would have other countries pay for the reparations, now we get stuck with the bill every single time.

For you 9/11 theorists, the attack on our own soil could not have gain any monetary value. It in fact damaged our economy and many people were laid off as a result. So what ****ing sense does it make to do that? Maybe you'll come back with "well the U.S. invaded Iraq for oil..." Really now? How about you guys do some ****en research before you start throwing out lame accusations like that. We import some from Iraq, but a majority comes from Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.

And I guess the Evil President Bush also coordinated the attempt to destroy the White House? Please.

Thank you! Finally an intelligent person! I thought for a couple minutes and I couldn't think of one benefit from planning an attack against our own citizens on our own soil. If it was planned, how do you explain the thousands that died? My best friends sister suffered through her husband dying in the towers. It sickens me that people think it was planned.

The other thing I think is bullshit is that people think the moon landing is fake. My brother is an aerospace engineer, and I had the opportunity to see some of the equipment they use. After seeing all that, there's no way I believe it was fake. Scientists have developed so much more than we give them credit for.

Something crashed on a remote ranch near Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. Was it a weather balloon, as the official story suggests, or was it an alien spaceship? Conspiracy theorists think it was the latter. First reports said it was some sort of saucer but that was hastily amended to a weather balloon. Possibly it was neither, but rather a high-altitude, top-secret military balloon from Project Mogul. Descriptions of the wreckage first reported by the original eyewitnesses match photos of the Project Mogul balloons, down to the silvery finish and strange symbols. But what about the alien autopsies? Well they didn’t surface until decades later, when a book on the topic was published. There probably was a cover-up, but did it involve flying saucers and alien bodies or just a top-secret, high-altitude balloon that they wanted to keep quiet?
