There is supposed to be medical breaththroughs son that will double the life expectancy.

a guy lives on my road who has 6 pack steel abs, no steroids and hes in his late 70s he told me he been goin gym since the age of 17 and he never missed a day, he wears a vest all the time and u can see his muscles popping out, everytime i see him he is either goin gym or coming back, he trained with that guy from terminator, he said theirs no age to die at, age is just a number, its all about how your body and heart is,
