This is really weird, I never heard about this. I find it weird to see that Television sets falling on little children, like under the age of six. I believe you should blame the parents though.

The parents should keep their child in site at all times, and if they don't, they might find their own child laying down with a Television set on top of 'em.

Same, my tv's are mounted on the walls (awesome, you can turn them around and everything )
