I know this site is a hacking and gaming forum mainly but i have just said to myself, Is Gaming Worth It?
Personally, I think that it is good fun and it passes to time. It is also a good way to communicate as well as going out. On the other hand I feel that it is a waste of my time and I could be learning some new things that I am good at.
The reason I made this thread is to ask all you guys if you think that gaming is actually worth doing. Comment here with you answer.

same, i cant remember the last game i played that i actually completed. Only play games such as FIFA/COD now and again if friends are playing

I dont think its worth it personally, if you have a addictive personality and get hooked quickly and dont exicise or anything like that, you going to get a little un healthy its not worth it but it can waste a few hours

We learn everything we need to know in School/College/Uni. I personally only usually game when my friends ask me to get on.

The only games I play is Mw2, and fifa 11

yeah dude, i remember when cod and every other game was fun, especially on ps2, there was no "online" type of competition on ps2 and it didn't matter if you sucked ass at the game, you played it for fun and the story line. But with ps3 its just not like that...

People just get lairy to you though when you go places, they try to start fights. Im just telling them to **** off. It just pisses me off though that every where i go people randomly try to attack me but i do boxing so ill do them in. Well gaming is fun for playing with your mates, personally i dont really play PS3 anymore... Untill Skyrim comes out!
