No I'm not? It's my opinion, you cannot arrest people for expressing your opinion of someone who hasn't been famous for all of his/hers life.
For example, you can say David Beckham is a dick, but no one would lock you up for it because it's your own opinion (and no, I don't think David Beckham is a dick, although he was when he left England).
But if you said it about say... The Queen of England, then yes, you may get arrested, but Rebecca Black has NO royal blood in her.
