The new console is HD but it is unknown if it can compete with the PS3 or xbox 360 in terms of graphics.

Nintendo has been showing the console to 3rd party developers to provide them enough time to create titles for it's estimated release date in 2012.

It is unknown at this time if the console will feature a standard control pad or something similar to the Wii but we can guess that motion features will feature in this console also. Apparently though this console is more than just a HD version of the Wii
