Well the first thing I would do is get rid of all the cod sections(this can get rid of all the lame ass nobby kidz). Next I would keep outsider around but only as a figure head with not that many powers. Next I would get rid of all the staff cept for elf, oc, crick, drunken, mike, and most of the event staff. Then I would promote buck, h1 fire, dustin, and eagle. After doing so i would unhank hank then hank him again just for kicks
