(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I was walking into town and I hear these people talking, so I was like You must login or register to view this content.

Well anyway I heard them say pokerstars had been shut down by the FBI, so I was a bit confused. When I got home I checked the website and it was true it had been taken down.

I then searched in google and found out that Fulltiltpoker and Absolutepoker had both been taken down as well.
The reasons are as stated in the picture. I just thought this was pretty big as I know a lot of users do play poker, so I guess we will see what happens.

America legalising and regulating online gambling for the first time.
This is the first step.......ish

Not sure the reasons but some are thinking to help land based ones like in vegas.
Others it about time...
Shocked tbh and many others are Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act was made in 2006 :/
So they taken time to shutdown 3 of the biggest fish.

Of course it "alleged illegal activity"

Oh well European sites have the leg up right now.
