Those are so boring, everybody does them. Do something more interesting, montages are already cool, honestly its hard to stand out with the massive number of youtubers doing gameplay there is. Probably the best way is just to make really good, really funny, really entertaining commentaries that also give you good advice.

We're something different because we're the competitive community.

Everyone already does uber serious montages and stuff. I don't see many comedy montages though (except from machinima), so maybe you can do a comedy.

BORING. I think. Just think of something new. And simple.

What I'm trying to say is, nothing you produce can be truly original, but in order to stand out, you have to at least be different, or do something that's popular with a lesser number of people doing the same thing. Stick to commentaries, funny ones.
