Okay so i have got to the cave, with a TV which keeps saying the end but i have a feeling it is not...

How to get to the cave:
1) Click and hold worm
2) Flies to a new screen
3) Click and Hold the tallest skyscraper in the rear of the image
4) you are now in the cave, has anybody got any further?

You may not be able to, but i have a strong feeling there is more after the cave...
